That will be the real problem. :shake: Like I said in P and R though no matter what these rulings will cast enough doubt that this law will be hard to enforce. A government can only enforce laws that people find reasonable not ones that everyone objects too. 🙂

If the Supreme Court agrees that it's unconstitutional then nobody will need to follow it. 😀 😛
 
I have already seen physicians on cable TV say that they will go over to "cash for service" only if it is fully implimented, accepting no insurance of any kind.

It depends how many would do that, but it would create a two-tier health care system. Other physicians just say they would retire rather than put up with Obamacare.
