There is something in the new health care bill having nothing to do with health care that say if any institution spends more then 600 dollars on any good you file another tax form and pay more taxes. So if I incorpate now and i buy any software or anything and it totals 600 dollars or more I get taxed my company is just starting out. God I hate this adminstration.
