It can be hard to eat healthy at truck stops. Some of them only have fast food diners. 😀 😛

That was the trouble I had at work, usually ended up getting stuff out of vending machines which was usually not too healthy.

Being on the go can make things difficult to eat healthy.
However, I noticed that you do eat lots of veggies.
