Yes, much harder in L.A. than within New York City. I only feel the lack of a car when I leave the city.

I checked the MTA site out of curiousity and the bus rates are through the roof and they are cutting back on routes and the number of buses for the routes they still have. 🙁

Yea they keep trying to raise taxes and fines. I heard they have a new Dust Regulation here for California farmers. You have to file how much dust your tractors and farm vehicles make and they decide if its too much and then you have to find a way to keep the dust down. Of course its really just another way for the state to fine businesses and make money.
