Indeed, "partly cloudy" means a small chance of rain and "mostly cloudy" means a 50-50 chance of rain. :rowfull:

Yes those would appear to be the new definitions. LOL I have actually seen the forecast sometimes say maybe windy, maybe thunder, maybe rain. Way to go on all that new fangled equipment. LOL
 
Of course, there was the winter day we had 8 inches of snow predicted and got no snow at all. Mistakes in that direction are easier to endure. 😀 😛
