I'm sure there will be "cash for treatment" clinics in Mexico for Americans with money to get any kind of medical care that they need, if they have the cash.

I believe she was right. They won't call them death panels, but they will make rules such as "nobody over 75 gets kidney dialysis". I'm sure that similar "cash for treatment" medical centers will arise in the Caribbean for east coast rich people, too.
