I thought so too. Didnt start out that way but it seemed after a bit they really got bad at scheduling things. 🙁

Well it was the Adminstrators that actually set when a Final happened not the professor.

Yes the Admin would decide based on the days and time of the course is scheduled to meet when the final would be.

Well it was also a way for students to schedule their finals so they did not have like 4 finals on one day.
