Yea for the most part if you dont do any gaming or intensive graphic arts production you dont need those type of cards.

Sadly though, and one of my gripes with Microsoft, is they keep adding unnecessary fluff to their Operating Systems so Windows 7 and soon to be released Windows 8 need a video card of some sort to use all of its features.

Well I think its cause the video card and other computer parts manufacturers are all in cahoots with one another. Microsoft makes its so lots of people need to but higher end parts and those who make those parts make it so you really need to use Windows for those parts to run correctly. wink wink.

Sort of one of the other nightmares I have. Some 3d and art software makers havent a upgrade for Windows Vista or Windows 7 let alone Windows 8. Others are abandoning Windows XP and pushing everyone to get Windows 7. Its really a mess of a situation. 🙁

The reason is a lot of back door political deals and games. It has nothing to do with your health. I suspect you already knew that though. 😛

The argument I got for Nevada and New Hampshire was they were considering there own health care plans statewide. I asked well Massachusetts already has a state wide health care plan why arent they exempt. I didnt get an answer. LOL California too is/was planning a state wide plan as well. We are not exempt either.
