Last flu shot I got, I ended up with the flu. 😛

Personally I think I was better off being exposed to people. I went a stretch of 11 years and not getting sick one day. With all the exposure. I get sick more often now even though I am isolated. Maybe in part its due to age but I think a healthy immune system is the easiest path to good health.

You may be right. I am rarely sick and I'm exposed to many people every time I go to work or ride the subway.

There was a study I think on people who live to be over a 100. I think they found those people had quite a good array of antibodies. Thus they had a well armed immune system. It would seem to me though you cant really get to be over a 100 with a weak immune system LOL So I am not sure how good the study was.
