High Lord: About "The Nitwits" my siege. It appears reports of their demise are a bit premature.

Methrobium: WHAAAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

*Methrobium roars and his roar blasts the area around him creating a blast crater. Fortunately for The High Lord he is a powerful enough being that such things do not inflict much damage on him.*

High Lord: The beast you summoned to take over the Clock Room has also ben slained as well as many of your high command. Save me, Summi, Sett, and Zyss.

*Methrobium roars again creating another monstrous blast wave.*

Methrobium: AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGHHHH!!! such idiots I have working for me.

High Lord: Sorry my siege but we must lay our future plans base upon realitiy.

Methrobium: I am going back to The Realm Of Faith. I will summon up monstrosties such as this cosmos has never seen. I have saved some ancient scrolls for a day like today. I shall use my scrolls of summoning I have saved from times well past this pathetic universe. I shall use the magics to summon those from "THE CHISYM PLANE".

High Lord: Is that wise my lord? Surely we can deal with these beings ourselves.

Methrobium: YOU DARE QUESTION ME HIGH LORD????????????????!!!!!!!!!!!

High Lord: Sorry my siege. As you wish. What order have you for me adn the rest of our command?

Methrobium: DESTROY THE INFIDELS. MAKE THEM SUFFER!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
I am not sure, it does not sound good though.. Perhaps HDS can tell us. THE THREAD is trying to find out now. 😀 😀 😛

Yes it does sound quite menacing. As HDS correctly pointed out usually beings can not summon other beings more powerful than themselves. The problem arises as HDS also correctly pointed out often demons have rather bloated views of just how powerful they are. 😀 😀 😛
 
So what would happen if Methrobium, being egotistical and believing himself to be more powerful than he is, attempts to summon a being who is actually more powerful than Methrobium? 😀 😛
 
Well HDS is the real expert but I would think there are only 4 possibilities:

1) The summoning works and we must deal with Methrobium and this other more powerful being.

2) The summoning works and the more powerful being decides it rather not deal with its summoner and destroys Methrobium.

3) The summoning fails and a less powerful being than anticiapted by Methrobium is summoned.

4) The summoning fails and no being is summoned whatsoever.
