Welcome back General Zod. We found some more mystic shadow stuff this time some mystical shadow books. Again we will wait until HDS arrives. He is the expert on all things shadow.

We found another boxed set of crystals. Not sure what these are. THE THREAD is looking them over. Also found a set of ancient scrolls these are summoning scrolls for neutral beings like golems. Very powerful and potenitally useful for us if we ever get in a jam. 😀 😛

Golems are very powerful creatures but essentially mindless. They do whatever they are told. Because of their great power they are often used by beings of evil nature but golems are essential neutral mainly cause they really dont think for themselves. They are really like magic robots in a way.

All the truely evil stuff Methrobium had was destroyed by the priestly spells I cast.

I would assume not, since their brains are made of granite and their skin is as hard as diamonds if summoned in a certain way.

More than likely I would guess not. They have only the most basic of brain functions. 😀 😀 😛

We also found some Beholder scrolls. Beholders tend to be neutral as well. Though they are quite intelligent usually. 😀 😛

A Beholder is a essentially a giant floating eye with eye stalks sprouting from the top. Each stalk and the main eye can cast spells. Usually very powerful spells like disintegration or instant death. They are very intelligent like I said but also very neutral. They tend to be very mercenary in nature. If you provide for them they will be totally loyal to you. For that reason they are used a lot to guard treasures. 😀 😀 😛

The cool thing with most beholders is the rarely want money or treasure. Giant Eyeballs have few material needs. 😀 😛 Rather if you provide them with knoweldge or information they desire they are usually quite happy. Beholders can be kinda quirky I remeber running into one guarding some wares that had an interest in 12th century clay pottery from Earth. 😀 😀 😛

Well, I realized (a long time ago) that no one here is really caring about what I say. So, unless you guys really care, I'm leaving this thread.

You are welcome to stay hero but there is a certain way we have of doing things here. This is sort of like an RPG thread. Everyone usually starts out as a captain or such and generally they learn about what goes on and integrate themselves into the thread. It takes awhile to get the hang of things and we are more than willing to integrate you into the thread here if you are willing to cooperate. But if you keep going off on tangents that distract from the main story or path here it makes things rather difficult for everyone else here. Another member of the Armada is certainly welcome.

Well we do wander off from time to time but we usually know each other very well so it tends to come naturally. Like I said I am sure if you gave it time and we got to know you you could have a lot of fun. I always suggest people read thorugh some of the older stuff to get an ideal of what goes on. It really can be a lot of fun. 😀 😀

This thread has been going on for like four years so it has a lot of history. The storyline you came upon was like about a year in the making so thats why we might have seen a bit high and mighty. 😛 Sorry if we came across that way. 😀
