I would imagine General Zod in a realm this huge there are quite a few weapons masters here so it may be difficult. My guess is too these facilities would be in the upper levels of this realm. Still whatever we find should be destroyed systematically. 😀 😀 😛
 
The higher level evil beings almost always let the the lower ones do their dirty work for them. A common theme amongst evil. 😀 😀 😛
