ID says they are known as Soul Rippers. Large undead collections of Tormented Souls fused into a mass of Ectoplasmic Terror. They are large blob structures but can send out many waves of destructive ectoplasmic energy that degrades life and structures. 😀 😀 😛

Soul Rippers are normally the size of an asteroid. These are the size of a solar system. Apparently they have been altered. 😱

Yea its a good thing these Soul Rippers arent easy to hurt. 😀
