(I don't mind going up to $900 or so if I have to I don't mind paying good money for good quality Mine Gateway is just over 4 years old Still runs OK but it's got some miles on it)

(Probably an HP then might be good. Also check the electronic stores and office places. Staples, Best Buy often they have special deals with the manufancturer. )
