Hmmmmmmmm looks like parts for what I would call a HYPERCOLLIDER. A hyperdimensional version of a Supercollider. Supercolliders are used to slam particles together at near light speed and thus create new particles or lots of energy depending on the impact. A HYPERCOLLIDER is a hyperdimensional version of this using hyperparticles in multidimensions. As you can imagine if it goes wrong it can be exceedingly dangerous. I have heard of HYPERCOLLIDERs going bad and taking out entire Solar Systems.

Yes I agree. The scary thing is these look like spare parts so I think they have already at least build one. 😀 😀 😛
