The French style is a bit more jello like so its a little bit more mushy then New York Style.

There is a chain of restaurants here called The Cheesecake Factory. They serve great food and of course make excellent cheesecake. The best is in my opinion their Chocolate Mousse Cheesecake.

Its a great place the menu is a spiral bound notebook. Lots of stuff to choose from.
