I never seem to get 8 hours. At best I get 6 hours when I was working at my old place I got about 3 hours.

If I get less than 7 hours of sleep for a few days in a row, then I will fall asleep in the afternoon. 😱

I went around 30 hours or so once For some reason I just could not fall asleep I then slept about 18 hours 😀 😛

I went to sleep after the 40 cause the Xerox machine told me I looked like I needed rest bad. LOL
