Depends upon the time of the year During spring training I'd say yes on a jacket 😀 😛

Actually sales tax varies city by city. In Glendale, where the Dodgers will be, it is 2.2%.

The northern part,like along I 40 near the Grand Canyon isn't so bad and hot during the summer 😀 😛

Sadly, there is a state income tax in Arizona. (That only affects decisions about where to retire, not where to visit.)
