Trouble is its almost impossible to tell if its going to be just rain. They have little luck in predicting it accurately and I am not willing to gamble 20000 dollars in computers on it. 🙁

Yes, I can understand that very well. You can only break even or lose big in that gamble.

Part of the problem is the power here is just not as good as it should be for a state in the US. They are places in far worse enviroments who get constant stable power in horrible weather.
