Yes the additional problem is THE DARK ONE is epanding space-time here making more room for the facilities he needs. As now Level 13 is the only place he has I am sure he is expanding it as much as he can. It demonstrates how deadly a foe he is and how incredibly evil he is as such actions of expanding and warping space damage the fabric of time through the Cosmos.
