Its a complicated situation with me. Its still hot here so Mom feels bad. I am still not all that well and because we are both not well Dad feels left out so he "fell down" to get attention. Really its just weird sometimes I feel like the parent taking care of two 3 year olds. 🙁

You are most welcome my friend. I have heard that Omega 3 acids (found in fish) are good for the brain as well as being good for the heart. 🙂

Yea I take the fish oil pills myself. I get a 150 for 9 dollars. 🙂

They reccomend taking two but I only take one a day. Easier on the stomach that way. 🙂
