The Self Referential Thread

I have the lower cost version of Photoshop I will see what kind of filters they have.If any. 🙂

😀 😛

They should have a few filters. The new version of Paint Shop Pro has a set filters called Timeline that can make your picture look like it from anywhere form the 1850's to present. 🙂

That sounds like a neat program.I have seen some modelers post older looking B&W photos of their models. 😀 😛

I have a new cellphone which takes very good photos. 😀 😛

Most phones now have at least a 4-5 Megapixel camera in them which will take great 4 x 5 shots (standard photo print size), if you need to crop (edit out) those photos or need to print them at a bigger sixe like 8 x 11 then you need more Megapixels. 🙂

Yea it is. Nicely priced too. 40-50 bucks I think now. Often filters are sold seperately. They can be rather pricey. 😱

Corel does make good stuff? 😀 😛

Corel and Adobe are the big paint program guys now.

Paint Shop Pro franchise was owned by a company called JASC. Corel bought them out a number of years ago. There stuff is still pretty good.

Adobe has bought out Macromedia. Which made web programs like Dreamweaver and Fireworks. Adobe stuff is very hit or miss. 🙂

Thanks for the info my friend 😀 😛

You are a real expert on graphics programs of all kinds by now, Kurch. 😀 😛

Yea right now I am looking at some Crayola Crayon products that I might use to give me some neat looking waxy colors. From there I could photograph or scan to get them in the computer. 😛

I didn't realize there were colors in the real world (as produced by a crayon) that were not yet available online. Cool idea. 😀 😛
