I remeber an English profressor from Oxford who taught me to begin with any phenomenon by trying to understand things first at the most basic level and then move up from there. So with this whole "warming thing" I tried to ascertain how they were determing temps but seems no one really wanted to answer those questions. 😛

Thanks. Most people dont like Teller too much as he was a proponent of researching atomic weapons. His thoughts were though evil people are going to research it so we must do so as well to make sure we can protect all that is good.

Quite true. Actually Einstein had a similar position to make sure the Germans did not develop an atomic weapon before us. Somehow though Einstein maintained his popularity. 😀
