Seems that is true for most of the US I think. The drought is officially over here in LA although they still have us rationing not sure why. 😛

Well as I posted before in P and R. More and more people are moving out of Calfifornia as prices and taxes go up and up. I find it amazing that those in power think that the rich are trees or rocks and can not move some place else.
