One of the few things one can always be certain of. 😀 😛
Few indeed. 😀 😛
One of the few things one can always be certain of. 😀 😛
Death, taxes and a plethra of service warranties would be the other three I think. 😛
😀 😛
Service warranties make computers much more expensive. 🙁
😀 😛
If I was better at fixing them I might skip the warranty all together.
😀 😛
i would never try to open up a computer panel. 😱
😀 😛

I could open them up,and take stuff out. Putting it back together?.![]()
Its actually often harder to take it out then to put it back. 😛
😀 😛

I wnt to the Homer Simpson mechanic school.![]()
Its not something people realize till they actually remove a hard drive or a cd drive. Often computer companies will put a nasty adhesive that has to be clipped off with garden shears before you can take the darn thing out. 😱
😀 😛
Probably because they don't want any Tom Dick or harry working on them.
😀 😛
That is probably the main reason. I think they do it too so the cables wont ever come loose during shipping. Its still a lot of overkill in my opinion. 😀 😛
Like plastic packaging anymore is overkill. 😀 😛
Do they use plastic anymore? I though it wasnt a "green" enough product. 😀 😛
Well,a lot say they use recycled plastic. 😀 😛
The whole thing is bunch of malarky. Some paper products will last longer in a land fill then many plastic products. All depends on the kind of paper, the kind of plastic and the conditions in the land fill. 😀 😛
I did not know some paper will last longer than some plastic. 🙂
Yea it can. Paper needs air to decompose. If the land fill is compacted there may not be any air for decompostion to happen.
Reality can be a harsh Mistress at times. 😛
😀 😛
Try telling that to some people. 😛
Yea just like Global Warming some people dont want to listen to facts. 😛
😀 😛
facts ain't real. 😛
😀 😛
Especially not when it comes to politicized science. 😀 😛
