Yea thats the point they are big and they dont spend money they dont have so they have no debt.

Yup. Remember the movie RollerBall with James Caan. In that Sci Fi governments had all collapsed and a big corporation essentially took over each city. Looks that might be not so unlikely given recent events. 😛
