12.5 cents a kwh here. I love when the board of supervisors here saind they were tricked into raising the rates and now could not undo them.

Yes and whats really interesting is we are losing population and unemployment is going up. Its at 12.4% here in LA. So that means jobs are being lost even faster then people are leaving. 😱
