I know. There was a Cajun style Restaurant out here in LA called Orleans. Very good food. Unfortunately it closed. 🙁

It is always sad to lose a good restaurant that you like. 🙁
The only food I didn't like in New Orleans was the coffee. They put chicory in it without my having asked for chicory, which I don't like at all.
