Good news, Kurch. I know that you are upset about the ban on incandescent light bulbs coming on Sunday. So I can tell you to buy HEATBALLS instead.

They are NOT lightbulbs. They are designed as tiny space heaters. They give off some visible light, just as your toaster coils do, as an inevitable side effect of the heat that they generate. See below.

Very bad indeed. Very toxic. That's why every member of Congress who voted to ban incandescent bulbs should be thrown naked onto a stack of compact fluorescent bulbs with mercury in them, breaking the bulbs and getting mercury all over their skin.
