Ice packs since it very swollen. My leg is like twice the size of the other. 😱

Yea its happened to me before with my other leg that was the calf muscle though. Took like 4 weeks to heal.

It does look kind of bad. Swelling is going down though at least. Pain seems to be the last thing to get better unfortunately. 🙁
