They did lots of stuff like that. Try to get you to donate vacation days instead of money to charities. If you donate a vacation day thats like 100-200 dollars. Lot of people never realized that. Or have you work on Sat. and the money is donated to charity. I hate ploys like that.

The difference is there are good companies and even great companies and you can always change companies when you dont like them like you did. Government is just bad all the time and you are just stuck with it. In NY now they have banned large soft drinks (over 16oz) and are looking to ban large popcorn as well. Why the hell cant I buy the size drink or popcorn I want. :sowrong:

I heard about those bans. Someone on the panel even wants to ban milk. :evileye:

I wonder if those same people who want to ban so called bad foods want to legalize illegal drugs. Like they ain't bad for you?:stirthepot:

Well what is it with banning everything? Popcorn, milkshakes, double cheesburgers, light bulbs, plastic bags, etc. Its just totally out of control.

More and more there are things where the UN is trying to take over. There is Agenda 21. A worldwide environmental accord that all countries must follow. The UN is trying this with Gun Bans, and now even the internet. What is scary is these things supercede the US constitution so your rights are vanishing as we speak.
