I spent yesterday tied into this planet's Web and discovered a piece of anti-malware so potent that malware writers have tried to program against it, telling Windows explicitly not to run it.

It is called rkill. To beat that, the writers of rkill have released the freeware under different names. Ultimately, we users of rkill will have to develop our own list of names to use when Windows returns a message saying it won't run the a-m.

The alternative is to recognize that there is a Registry entry naming rkill to the NeverRun list. Change that entry and you're back in business.

Just tell me that the flagship runs Linux, please.

The Armada and all its computers has its own operating system if you will. The current version is called GodSense 12.0 It is a sentient operating system and totally interactive. GodSense is pretty good about eliminating malware and even eliminating demons that try to sneak on board. Feel free to run any problems you are having by it. Just be nice it does have feelings. 😉 😀 😛

The Armada has saved Snorphous BlapoMat and several other citizens of the world that lies behind door #444,444 from the Shandrew Tamb Bodecai demons that have invaded that world. Snorphous is taking the Armada to the leaders of world # 444,444 so that this critical world and its vital citizens can be saved.

Cybernetic Pantheism

I may have met Godsense 12.0's remote predecessor. In Win 7 & 8 and 32-bit versions of Vista and Server '08, there is a Godmode. An Admin renames a folder to include that term and a Registry key value.

The OS pulls together a handful of the most commonly used utilities and places them in that folder on the Desktop. It's nowhere near as smart as Godsense, but that would take a human being, now wouldn't it?
