Agreed. It's largely the fools who do this that get us the negative attention and labels of sickos. Of course, there are also a handful of people who go around the net specificly looking for stuff to report and complain about. Sad that they have nothing better to do with their lives.

Basically myspace and youtube and other such free networking sites are open to people of all ages which unfortunately includes kids...

All it takes is one parent to come across a page with content that is fetish realated and report it....at that point it gets deleted...if nobody complains the content usually stays....

I do not believe there is discrimination against our fetish, it is just whatever someone deems unacceptable for kids to be exposed to, so they turn you in and then you're gone....

That is why sites like the TMF are invaluable to our community...it is a place where we can share and network with thousands of folks.....The features that Jeff has been adding such as blogging and friends lists and visitor messages has helped us to make contacting and keeping in touch with others of like mind easier to do...

Type the word tickling into a search engine and you get this...

Results 1 - 10 of about 4,590,000 for tickling [definition]. (0.09 seconds)

I hardly think the web is "against us" with over 4 million results for one word.....

i love the fact that something as simple as tickling, whether there is nudity or not, is censored, but things like white supremecy, child porn and any other number of blatantly offensive sites are allowed to function under the guise of "freedom of speech". how dare we censore the opinons of idiots who perpetuate hatred, but ticklers? lynch everyone of those sick bastards!

yea, i will never understand it.

In other words, he's passively implying you're posting inappropriate material and making people whack off! Oh My God! How horrible!

"Chances are someone EVENTUALLY realized"... geez!

No, I'm directly stating that MySpace has policy which forbids adult material. Are you trying to imply that a tickling fetish page doesn't qualify as adult material?

You can stop threadstalking me now, btw.

I would imagine most fetish pages get pulled, no?

If someone reports them, yes. They do.

That is..so dumb. I mean there are pics of people nude and drunk ( and underage) on myspace but tickling is what they kick off? That makes no sense what so ever ..:sarcasm:

It depends on who's defining "porn". (BTW, the apartment complex I live in regulates our internet connections and restricts sites with too many references to "porn". So if my post doesn't come out right that's why.) The senate debates this issue almost every year and as far I know no one really knows what that word even means. Its basically a made up word to used to enforce what some consider "inappropriate" portrayals of human beings. I didn't see his site as either appropriate or inappropriate. It is what it is, value judgments aside.

And, no one is "thread stalking" you. You're accusing me of this because I made a sarcastic response to ONE of your posts in another topic? Honestly, I wasn't paying attention to the name, but once I did it made me realize why I happened to respond to your particular post. Everything you say has this anal moral undertone to it. You're like moral orel. lol.

Golly!:suibun:

:flatstare: And here I am thinking that porn is the describing or showing of naked people or sexual acts in order to cause sexual excitement!

Well, the problem the senate has to deal with is no one can really say what is going to cause people to be sexually excited, so they don't know what all they can regulate. On the ethical side, they don't know if they "should" regulate things used for sexual excitement. After all, if you assume it should be regulated, you're by logical necessity saying something is inappropriate or potentially harmful about seeing the act of sex. Otherwise, there would be no point in regulating "pornography". So, you have to prove that "porn" is harmful in some way.

Usually, they just refer to porn as something "distasteful". Of course, this doesn't really mean anything because its just something they pull out of their ass. lol.

First of all:

I don't think it should be regulated. And I think it is very double-moraled of the senate to on one hand say there is the need to regulate porn, while on the other hand the US is the biggest porn producer in the world! 🙂

Second:

If you really want to regulate it and need to define what porn is, I would look at the intent in which it is produced. If a clip is made with the intent to cause sexual arousal - it's porn. That's at least how I see it. 🙂

It's not just tickling, from what I've seen. In western society, showing violence on the news every night is OK but sexuality is a no-no. We still have double standards.
