Trick or Treat:

Haven't had a second of free time lately to sit down and draw any fun tickle art. I miss you guys.

So I thought I'd post a quick page from BUMP IN THE NIGHT III (which is in progress...and will likely not be available until NEXT Halloween).

Here's one of my favorite new characters, the Vampire....tickling the absolute snot out of everyone's favorite ticklish Mummy.

The Mummy DID appear in Bump in the Night II being tickled wickedly by the Mad Doctor and the Witch. because by god...when we create a sexy character we TICKLE them dammit. And then we post the tickling dammit. Sure.....we could just draw her standing around. but that seems so...not tickly!

Ya gotta love hot Mummies. They come with their own bondage attached. XD

And well, don't expect a colored version tooooooo soon. Lotus is buried in work right now. (<------- Halloween joke).

She keeps goblin up the hours at her current job (<------------ another Halloween joke).

But I'm hoping her spirits are raised enough by your kind words to try and find some time to get back to tickle coloring. (<----------- oh dear god another fracking Halloween joke).

Really sweet artwork, perfectly timed for the season! Layout is incredible, without an iota of squandered space! I'm loving all the delicate filigreed line-work... even deprived the benefit of color, a terrific mood of mistiness and gentle shadow is achieved (how stellar it will look once White Lotus or another of your masterful collaborators have done their thing!) Macabre themes seem to bring out your best, most detailed creativity! The single decayed-door panel (upper right) contains enough sneaky surprises to fill a whole comic! Design for the two tussling monstresses is also superb! The vampira's feral gleam is both scary and irresistibly alluring! The way her cape sweeps down to infold her rapt (wrapped?) prey is quite wonderful! Issue 3 of this spooky series promises a continuation of all the elegance and care that's made it so special! Can hardly wait... this preview both satisfies and tantalizes at the same time!

MatrinZachs: Hey thanks. Although trying to steal anything from a Bandito is a losing proposition. XD I've actually returned to the series this weekend and drawn the pest page of the comic so far! YAY! Only like twelve more pages to draw now. ;-) Hope to have it done in less than a year.

LBH: Ahhh...Dear Friend. I always so appreciate your comments. So much so that I re-read them. And for my attention span - that's saying a lot. XD Thanks for the terrifying terrific commentary. I especially appreciate the observation of the Vamp's enveloping cape. I thought it was such a fun visual and compositional element that I continued to play with it until it was completely over the top. ^^;;; Thanks again, good buddy.
