The real crazy thing is being in New Delhi, getting arrested for a crime you didn't commit, and get tickled for interrogation where they do believe you are the guilty party.

What do you do there?

Goat tongue is a method of torture involving soaking the feet in salt water and allowing a goat to lick the soles. It is very ticklish and is a form of tickle torture.

The goat tongue thing is most certainly true, I have seen some historic material about it, but as you say it was really not about tickling. I don't know about other kinds of tickle torture.

I believe youmight be thinking of a post that involved gauntanimo bay a year or two back. A man posted it on his blog(a mock new article) and somebody here posted it. The person who ran the blog later made a post on the forum in response to it stating that it was a joke. I could be wrong though. I might be able to find it.

So, that's what happened.
I was in an East Indian restaurant and forgot to leave a tip.
I was taken into a back room and there I was tickled to breathless laughter and eye-rolling panic.
They nearly tickled me to the brink of insanity.
