I have many times "told" a new lover to tickle me... In foreplay, or when making out, I make sure my feet, or a foot, is within his reach... and I use my toes to tease him. Teasing ranges from dragging my foot up his leg, or using my wiggling toes to apply pressure to his penis. I WILL tickle him if he does not immediately get the message and tickle me...
