I'm a LER, I like to tickle and I don't like getting tickled. According to that statement, I wouldn't do something to someone (in my case = TICKLE A GIRL) that I wouldn't have done to myself (GET TICKLED BY THAT GIRL). Al Sharpton is an idiot who doesn't get involved until there is a camera crew on site. I am a ler by nature, and I can't say being a lee is my favorite thing, but if you dish it out don't complain to much when the chickens come home to roost.
You really don't get it, do you? Most lers on here enjoy it only if the lee has fun! That is a feeling that a strict ler will never be able to have, because a strict ler will never enjoy to be tickled - therefore, he should be able to relate what it feels like to be tickled without liking it. Some people have enough respect for other people that they do not want to make them feel a way they hate feeling themselves.

I find it ridiculous to accuse NY Ler of sexism simply because he enjoys doing things to women that he doesn't want done to himself. Not every Ler wants to be tickled, and that goes for the ladies as well as the fellows.

The thing is that you will usually not get the chance to tickle someone who hates it for longer than a few seconds...that is the reason why a lot of lers never get the chance to really tickle someone the way they like, and that is why most lers prefer to have a "victim" that enjoys tickling, because then they will get the chance to actually DO some tickling! You can't do it to someone who doesn't like it!
I think you didn't understand the concept of SM yet....not even sadists have partners who don't enjoy what is done to them!

My preference is for "willing" lees. I enjoy the concept that they are into being tickled as much as I love to tickle.

Proving the ler had knowledge of this, however, is near imposiible unless he hangs himself with his own words.
The court accepting anything less would destroy the video industry since no producer would risk being sued. Industries tend to be very good at protecting their income stream.
Bottom Line: Be careful of the Consent Agreements you sign. They will hold up in court.

A girl i am "seeing" not officially dating. Is SOO ticklish, and she hates it, she's always saying she hates it only because she can't handle it. I love tickling guys who can't take it. I don't think I would enjoy it as much if they were like "DON'T STOP!!!" lol. Maybe I'm just a sadist 😛 but my boyfriend lets me do it but doesn't completely enjoy it but also doesn't despise it.
