TICKLING PIRACY - YOUR OPINION???

I think watching full length clips, that you didn't pay for is theft. I also think paying for full length clips, which are OBVIOUSLY, PAINFULLY FAKE is fraud. The law is being broken on both sides, in my opinion. I've bought PLENTY of clips, that turned out to be, well....dogshit. I applaud the true fetishists, that continually put out real tickling clips, and I will continue to support them, with my hard earned (kidding...I'm union!) money, but I don't think the consumers are the only guilty party here.

I've got to chime in here - piracy is definately theft, no question about it. It disgusts me when I see people who feel entitled to our content for free. Where does this false sense of entitlement come from, I wonder?

The question is what do each of us do about it. For me, I've just went to private sales to curb the piraters and their credit card fraud techniques and it has been working out good at preventing piracy, but it also is far less convienient for the consumer. Another solution is in the works!

In short, theft is theft... and if someone is going to break the law, I believe in holding them accountable. I've recently conversed with a group that is willing to do a revenue-share basis to fight copyright infringement on our behalf. This would offer the offenders an option to settle their infringement acts, legally, or else they'd file suit for us. If any producers are interested in more details with this, PM me!

Then you approach the producer, and either work out a refund plan or just keep in mind they're shit and tell everyone not to waste time or money on them.

I've paid for bad clips too, but to insist there's an equivalency to being disappointed with a product and someone buy, then charging back, hundreds of dollars worth of product, more often than not with stolen money in the first place, is hilarious.

Not knowing the difference between being dissappointed with a product, and blatant deceit in an effort to make money by some producers is hilarious also. The point I was trying to make was, if we're going to vilify anyone who has ever watched a pirated clip, then we should do the same for companies that commit fraud. Both are crimes, I hope a happy medium can be found. Cheers.

Except most of your point was referring to people that don't produce "the real tickling", while never really explaining what that is. What does a "true fetishist" operate, according to your definition? Are you one of those "If they're not puking, they're not actually tickling" people?

I would explain it, but it would be straying off topic a little too much. I'll say based on your post count, try spending less time on the computer indulging your fetish, and try to get some real world, hands on experiences, and I promise, you'll be able to spot the fakes in no time.
