Cal Star was one of pioneers with the Tied and Tickled series . Tied and tickled #1 is one of the all time classics. They priced videos around $55. They made about 30 of them but after the first few a lot was fake and they used looping--a few minutes of real laughter just recycled on the film to false laughing. Vid tech had some lame entries. Then Solefully yours put out some good real tickling videos for awhile and then disappeared. TJ productions from NYC did some intense tickling videos but their prices were up around $70 and they ceased existence after a short time too. FM concepts has been around from the beginning--use a lot of beautiful women but much of their work is contrived laughter--a lot of faking.

Then Jeff and MT productions showed up with affordable and real laugher videos. Amature but fun. The videos started around $30 but have moved up to $40. They were a welcome entry against the big studios and his video seemed real. Real tickling then arrived on the scene and really moved the videos to another level. RT got into the game with $29 videos they were great tickling. Now it appears that they and jeff and others have agreed to a $40 price point on videos and price wars have ceased (lol). They have combined real intense tickling with beautiful women --and they also elevated the sopthisticated use of bondage tools-- the stand up pole-and the strap down board have been great as well as good stocks( not too thrilled with the bird cage though lol). Yaqi and Silver Cherry have provide some cute films also.

Don't forget about SOA who put out some videos in the 90's...I saw only their preview tape but it looked pretty good.

Also, Paradise Vision(?) continues to create some interesting looking videos, although I wasn't impressed with the camera work and editting (that's just me lol!)

Then there's Blue which I believe may be part of Vid Tech?

And the old Platinum vids...including the ametuer(lol right) series.

Maybe there were more back in the golden olden days? Well guys and girls?

You are right--I forgot those others. Platinum was in same category as Vid tech and Blue -- I thought mostly weak an faked.Paradise Vison has some good ones but because they don't offer any preview clips I don't buy any of therir's anymore. I saw some previews from SOA and they were good but I never saw an actual full video.

Old Videos

I have been getting videos since the old days also, and as I recall the best of the early ones were from Harmony. Also Rocks Concepts has some good ones but they have not made a new one in a very long time. I seldom ever here or read anything about her, but Jan B has some pretty good ones.

if by blue you mean sinclair blue, they are the worst! i don't think i have ever seen worse trash in my life. omg, to think i paid $100 for a set of 4 of those p.o.s., but at the time i didn't even know there were tickle vids on the market.
you also forgot bloodstone design. they were a nice couple, who put out several home movie tickle videos. the tickling was real, and they were a good looking pair. too bad they retired.
jan b's stuff is good at first, but it's the same thing in all her films. nothing but f/f.

I fondly remember Bloodstone Design out of Az, which was a man and wife team that produced some great and fun stuff. Fantastic length of video for the $'s.

Then there was Encore Entertainment of NJ that turned out a lot of good vids also.

ANA is still at it in NYC producind some of the best vids you'll see with hispanic and african-american lees.

And nothing beat those early Harmonys....

Actually, I liked the Maybird stuff and wish I could get newer copies of what I have.... Let's see... don't forget C&G videos, also known as Ray-Tech videos, a boyfriend/girlfriend team out of Arlington, TX that did s=tickling videos & phoos in the late 80s, early 90s....they apparently don't do anything else anymore, but I have an address if anyone OUTSIDE of TX is interested... ( they won't sell to people in TX )

There was Bon-View, which ranked up there with Nue-vue, and Tao, which was a few steps above...

I have some HOM bondage mags from the early 70s that featured the rare tickling-with-feathers pic... ans I have silent video clips, going to the early 70s ( I'd wear one is from the mid 60s, B&W, Irving Klaw looking...) that I've stumbed upon. I bought a photo from ebay depicting a woman tickling another's stomach from 1929, but it was a family snap shot, not part of any organized publishing effort....

Where can you find some of these videos? I saw two clips of the Maybird one, and it looked great. What are the website site addresses, or are they out of business?

Most like Maybird are long out of business. Rarely a tape pops up on eBay. So odds are long against getting them.

As far as finding the photo on Ebay, I think what happens is someone dies w/o family or moves into a retirement home and the old pictures end up in someone's garage sale or antique store. There'a a guy on there named Gargantua who a few sometimes interesting, sometimes hilarious old photos he's found that way... and old family pictures are just the start of the wiredness on that site!

Yes, Maybird is gone; I got my tape the same way many "old timers" got their tapes in the mid 1980s... by trading thru the mail ( there was no Internet, realistically, tapes were few and far between and terribly pricey....) hey- that's just how it was done then.....

Yeah, watching Ebay is a good place to start, although there are other, lesser known auction sites as well. Also, isn't there a "wanted" or requests area on this site? You might want to ask about getting the tape that way....

Maybird may STILL be available...

I can't remember how I found this out, but Maybird was a division of a fairly hardcore s & m company called Nu-West. I contacted them and they did indeed send me a flyer/order form on a couple of old tickling videos, including the one the legendary Maybird clips are from. I never did buy the video, as soon after that I pretty much stopped buying vids altogether. For those who still want this piece of tickling video history, it might be worth going to Nu-westleda.com and contacting 'em. I think I had to send a SASE. One word of warning, though: these guys will probably put you on their mailing list. I recently got a flyer advertising their new spanking releases. I guess it hasn't dawned on them that most of the tickling community could basically care less about hardcore sadism.

SOA!?...and Don't Forget Gina Lang, [email protected], and [email protected]

I have just mentioned a few others here. Vidgames was another (I think Darryl is still at it) Gina Lang is now out of production, as I believe is [email protected] (Andy found the love of his life and pulled back from public tickling as part of their nuptials, so far as I recall), and [email protected] (Not sure what became of Comus, if my memory serves me correctly, he just decided that casting a video with call girls just wasn't lucrative enough for him, in the end analysis)...As you may recall, Comus' claim to fame was tickling local small town "call girls" and named most of his home video works he was marketing accordingly (i.e. Call Girl I, Call Girl II...etc.).

As for Simply Outrageous Adventures (SOA)? (also now out of production, as most of you already know)? Well, I have put a request in the "Requests" section of this forum and am looking to buy or trade (other such videos that are now out of production ONLY, so please don't be alarmed MTPJeff and Kathy!) to get them. Otherwise, My policy to buy them DIRECTLY from the production company that made them, providing they are still in business.😀

First of all, thank you for coming forward on what you believe (to the best of your knowledge) to be part of the SOA collection. To answer your question, I don't believe there ever was a bonafide "SOA online catalog" of any kind to glance at. As I recall, the Olympia, WA based production effort did business via mail order only. Back in those days, initial solicitation of video customers occurred by putting ads in such magazines as "Leg Show" (Yes...I, too, used to be a subscriber!😀 ) and such.

Perhaps SOMEONE out there can scan and post/e-mail me [email protected] or you a copy of one of their order forms, if they still have one laying around? Again, I would definitely be grateful.

I completely forgot about Gina Lang- I had 3 of her videos but they got lost in some mid-80s/early 90s trading..... Never got to see the ConcreteMan videos, but wanted to... I know Bella Risa had a second tape she was about to release, but apparently never did (???). The EE LTD tapes got bought up by another outfit and were being sold by this outfit ( can't remeber who...) but they have also since gone out of business, I think. Has anyone seen any of the Pezza tapes? They supposedly have some tickling.....

I have no experience with the Bella Risa tapes, but seemed to recall the casting roles were not exactly "my cup of tea" (ah, well, to each, their own).

Encore Entertainment, Ltd, tapes can still be purchased retail at Kinematics, Manhattan, NY, as can Magic Touch, Morandilla's Tickling Journal (aka MTJ), FM, and others, both current and historic, so long as they were not too private a label movie. The Encore Entertainment series was absorbed by Kurt Stevens, Inc., and it is interesting to note that Kurt Stevens, Inc, is a spanking video production company and many of the tickle cast that appeared in the Encore Entertainment videos also appear in the spanking productions of Kurt Stevens. I was told by the owner of Kurt Stevens that this is because he also owned the Encore Entertainment production effort and that declining sales led to him bagging the Encore Entertainment production line. To the best of my knowledge, Kurt Stevens, Inc. is still an operating business entity, but has become reliant on the production efforts of British spanking videos overseas to broaden his existing line of domestically made videos.

I do not know enough of the Pezza tapes (at least, by that name, anyhow) to offer any commentary on them.

There was Sinclair Blue and there was also Bleu Productions. Both have tickling videos. Ain't seen either company's vids, though.

Flying Feather was also a vid company, one that joined with Magic Touch.

Solefully Yours shut down due to family issues. Pam retired from the video biz. That stuff may yet resurface, though.

Channel X made tickling videos, too, and a cd-rom of avi files. They changed into a streaming video site. Forgot the name of it, though.

There's also the Brazilian Tickle Site, that was selling videos. Never did see any of those.

What about Candlelight, which started out as Tickling Holly?

There's likely more, but that was top of the head from me. 😉

Old B&W Foot Tickling film From 1970

There was a black and white 16mm film that was made back in 1970 titled, "Foot". It was about this British looking bald-headed guy wearing a long tailed tux and wearing a one-piece eye spectacle and wearing a go-tee who was licking the the bare bottom sole of this young blond hair lady's (she looked about 22 years old) barefoot and licking her baretoes. Of course she was laughing her head off and had a big wide toothly grin on her face and appeared to be enjoying the sole licking session.

I saw the b&w photos of this movie in this old porn magazine copy righted 1970. I've been on a quest for the past 38 years looking for any evidence of this historic film because this had to be the very first foot and tickle fetish film to ever be filmed. If anyone out there has any information on "Foot" please contact me and let me know.

A couple more photos from this old 1970 film popped up on a few more porn magazines a couple years later but unfortunately completely disappeared without a trace after 1976.

One of the Brazillian companies was called "Dragon Films", another "Leticia Miller" (there were actually 4 different sub-companies as I remember). It looked like they had some really good stuff and wanted to buy some of their videos; I actually got one off of Ebay 2 years ago and enjoyed it. But the company has shut down and dissapeared due to obscenity charges out of Florida. It's all on The Smoking Gun website.

This is NOT the Brazil Tickling site that features videos now here on the TMF. Although one of their early models, the one with the stomach tattoo, also did things for Dragon/Miller.

Tao had a lot of tickling films out in the 1970s. Perhaps the B&W film "Foot" came from them.

I found one of my Gina Lang videos! I transferred it to an 8MM tape and forgot about it. Not great by today's standards, and even kind of my the late 80s it isn't super-duper, but it is cute and 'historical'.

I remember the Platinum videos, I'm always surprised that Platinum is not mentioned around here more often -- that name almost never comes up, even when people are being nostalgic for the old VHS days. I thought the Platinum vids were pretty good. There was one with three "college girls" that I really liked; I would love to see that again.
