I've never gotten the opportunity to actually tie someone down for a session, but I've always been curious to how many people prefer manually pinning down their "lee" as opposed to tying them down. Thoughts? 😀
 
Tied down is much better, leaving the tickler complete freedom of movement. 😀
 
I'm in the same boat as you, but just thinking about it, I can see advantages to both sides. Like milagros said, tied-down gives you the ability to really explore your 'lee freely. Then again, pinned-down would let you really feel your 'lee struggling to get away from the tickling, which definitely seems like an appealing idea.
 
Pinned has a kind of tactile, intimate charge that you just can't get with bondage. That said, you need to sacrifice a lot of good tickling for it, since you don't have enough arms to wrestle and tickle effectively. So bondage is my preference, after weighing pros and cons.
 
Depends on the person, really...

I can pin and tickle most girls with relative ease, and in that case I like both about equally.

Certain ladies, however, are actually able to put up a reasonable facsimile of a struggle, and in their case I prefer pinning them down. Slowly. To create the illusion that they actually stand a chance, and savor their gradual panic as they begin to realize that they don't. 😀
 
Pinning is more fun, but you have a lot more freedom when they're tied. Also if you're a footman like myself you are less likely to be kicked haha
 
As a 'lee, I personally LOVE being tied down. Being pinned down makes me feel slightly more in control, which I don't like.
 
I prefer to pin down people I'm tickling because I like to just randomly attack people. Tying down has too much planning involved and you can't just automatically do it.. Pinning down you can just pounce and they don't know it's coming.
 
Id prefer being pinned. I wouldn't trust just anyone to tie and I kind of like the idea of trying to struggle against the tickler so they really have to overpower you. And it's still interesting how the tickler can do it such as pinning one arm or locking your foot.
 
Since I do have a bondage fetish, I prefer strapping someone down to pinning them, but I'm also five foot nothing, so trying to pin someone doesn't usually work out well for me.
 
When I'm 'lee- I'd prefer pinned down.

When I'm 'Ler-Tied down.
I'm 5'2. You need to be tied down so I can get every vulnerable spot.
 
I am a very stubborn and persistent fighter-backer by nature. It's virtually impossible for me to accept defeat, even when it's abundantly clear that that's really the only choice that I have. It's a fun, sexy battle for power, and one of my favorite parts of tickling.

For that reason, if I'm looking for a session where I want feel more submissive or have the session be more about the tickling than the struggle I really need to have bondage. Otherwise I get distracted by my own obsession with fighting back and can't really relax enough to enjoy the sensation.

If I'm feeling ferocious and I'm in a kicking ass and taking names kind of mood and I just want to battle it out and I'm looking for that "tactile, intimate charge" that LD described perfectly, and the actual tickling is kind of secondary, then being pinned is where it's at.

Of course, you can always start with pinning and be wrestled into bondage - best of both worlds, and my personal favorite 😉

as the lee .... i love to be tied, however, being pinned can also be fun... mainly because i know if i was strong enough i could get away, and i like the feeling of his body pinning me down.. idk guess m slightly strange 😛
