Ah, now HERE's one I can REALLY get into...

The key phrase is "tickle TORTURED".

... which I translate to mean long, slow, sustained, methodical FINGER-TICKLING. The 'lee is skillfully tied up so there is little wiggle-room, lying flat with all vulnerable tickle zones (except the crotch area - I'm not into that) optimally exposed.
