Yea, I'm pretty sure I'm confirming this. After completing Joran's training and getting permission to leave the starter town, I went to the pond where the frog girl event is at. When I try to investigate the water, nothing happens at all. No scene, no text, no nothing. Also, where the water appears deeper, the character is able to walk in those areas.

I have a meeting in 30 minutes, but I wanted to stop by just to respond to this. I'll respond to the rest and bugfix when I get back from the meeting.

Another thing. When the rouge class equips a 2nd weapon, isn't she supposed to do two hits? I'm only getting one with the Capitan's Feather and Fluffy Feather equipped.

Also! Fun fact! You can walk through the pillars at the start. Maaad ghost skills from Nadya. 😵

Found a text bug with the researcher at Twinkling Lake. If you dodge her, after she falls into the water and right before the Pad Perches start tickling her, the first bit of text from the scene when you don't dodge her comes up.

Also, Anime, you might want to go over the deer cave pretty well. There are a lot of place and things that the character can walk on and over that she shouldn't be able to.

hey, I have found another bug, after helping tula in the big old cave to escape the Necromancer, she walks away and the whole game freezes. i dont know if this is the end of the first chapter or a bug xD so please help

So I'm at what I think is the end of the tunnel and a certain someone just started to run away...and nowitseems like the game froze..Bug I think

Define "Game Froze". Did you get a blue screen?

Also, fairy by the pond every time I try to go down the vines the main says something about not being a criminal and won't godown no matter what I do..nor will the fairies big picture vanish from the left.

Looks like I forgot to update that last part to allow you to continue. So lemme get that fixed up.

Well, here's the first bug of v1. If you go to the training area before Joran agrees to train you (which I don't think you should be able to do) and go to the movement part of the training area, the old man is waiting at the end of the "maze" even though he hasn't started your training yet. Also, if you talk with him, you complete that part of the training that never started in the first place.

Plus, if you go to the quest part of the training area, you're able to collect the nuts for Joran's "quest".

Methinks all this can be solved by just putting some kind of blocker to the training area before the old man is with you.

I feel like some of these bugs were in the Demo, so I'm kindof surprised (again) no one caught them until now. Especially since so many of you were trying to do the weirdest things (Look at the bottles on the LEFT side!? Who does that!? Friggin crazies). I'll get these patched up quick.

Another bug in the training area. After you beat the slime girl, if you tickle her, when the scene ends and you regain control of your character, her sprite stays on the field.

On a side note, I've noticed that the speed of the battle text is a lot faster now. Was this intentional? I'd prefer it if the battle text is the speed it was in the demo.

This is odd, she never was there before (or you guys just didn't mention it). Very strange though. I'll get this patched too.

As to the text speed, I actually decreased it. If you're seeing it a lot faster, something is probably being overridden by a script I have. It did feel kind of fast with some battle tests, so I'll look into this too.

No, you are not. You instead gain double the stats - one from each in your hand, and both together increase the damage you deal.

Yea, I just did a quick test to see and...well..it went off without a hitch so I'm not sure why you weren't getting her at first. Lol
Piss, I knew there was one scene I didn't update the Skip text. It was strange, but I finally gave up and moved on. ARGHBLBLBL! Yea, I'll fix this up.

Hmmm...I'll look at this too. Again, probably due to a script issue. Are you able to walk over things OTHER than the cave? Because if so, somehow something broke with the lillies (which wasn't and shouldn't have been touched...so I'm kiiiiiiindof annoyed that it decided to spontaneously break).

Because I ranz out of de timez, dood! Not really but I remembered she was there right before I got ready to upload it and I was all "FFFFF-". So I grabbed her and chucked her into the corner of the map WHERE NO ONE SHALL FIND HER!

She and a few other events should be out this week.

Ahhh I see it now. Did quite a few tests and FINALLY got it working. YAY!

Also, hope you enjoyed that boss right before, because I discovered she was weaker than should be since a part of her battle wasn't activating. ENJOY!

This is for the powder quest. You can climb down the vine now, but that big picture of the Ancestral Fly still isn't going away. It's still there even if you leave the area and back onto the world map.

Also, there's an area in the mines with a lot of webbing in it. When you go farther into this area, there's a cry for help. When you go farther after that, there's nothing there. I'm guessing this is a mini boss even area, but there's nothing there when I look.

Woo! More game! The one thing that has roused me from slumber to actually post on here! Although shame on you AW, for making me have to redo the whole first chapter. Eh, actually that's not so bad. I'll try out some new classes. I'll give more substantive praises once I get around to the new stuff. But…

ON THE FROG:

Guys, you can only get the frog battle at the first area. If you leave it to go to town, it's already too late. Which means the Frog battle must take place at lvl 1, in a simple back and forth of attacks. The downside is, it seems to me like the warrior is the only class able to actually beat the frog. I've tried Ranger, Paladin, and Cleric, and none seem to be able to do it. Anyone able to fact check this with me? Which classes can actually beat the Frog at the first step? Is there any ability or potion I'm missing out on? Since it takes place so early, I should think that any class would be able to beat the frog by spamming attack. If not, there's no way for them to beat it, and that class is just denied the secret battle. That would make me sad.

I nailed that froggy on a mage! Was 100% rng based tho. If she used poke and prod more than twice, I was dead. So I had to try a few times to get the needed rng rotation from her attacks. It's all about commitment 😛

And lol, I discovered the second Zombie scene... guess I'm the only person who got the scene without the battle first 😀 and there I wondered why the Figmet is so cruel without any real reason xD

Son.. We need to have a little.. Talk.. Because I spent 4 hours looking for that scene! And got nothin'! If you would be so kind as to tell me in a PM where I could find it.. I would give you all my golden eggs! And a hat!

Everything seems great! I did eventually beat the frog girl on ranger, but it took a lot of luck like with the mage.
I think the spidergirl might be bugged too. You jump out of the way then it freezes
The powder bucket also doesn't seem to work right now. Don't see it in my inventory, and can't find any creatures that drop it.
