Probably lasagna. I do everything from scratch so I have to cook the meat and tomatoes down into a sauce, then boil noodles separately. While that's going on, I mix cottage cheese with egg and cut slices of mozzarella. I layer everything together in the end and bake for about 30 minutes. It's AWESOME.
Oh yes. They get a little nuts when they know days off come up.
He's doing alright, lazing about as usual. He's a little stressed though because some people are moving and he keeps hearing noises in the hallway. Walter is not an easygoing kitty.

Pretty big. When I first adopted Walter, they weighed him in at 15 pounds. He's since gained weight. The kitten grew up so he's a big ol' Tom too with the heart of a little baby. I love them. 😀
