I bought a DS game, rcently called Guilty Gear: Dust Strikers.

Wow. This thing is a DIRECT from Japan video game. So much so, that the translations are rediculous.

I have Guilty Gear X2 for the PS2 and i have to say its is the best 2d Fighter on the ps2 by a mile, even better than Marvel verus Capcom 2

On a side note, bought Guitar Hero 2 today, totally loving it!

I checked out the vidcaps for GGX2. Amazingly, the graphics from that and my DS version look very similar with the exception of taking a few minor hits due to it being a port to a hand held.

The levels in the DS version are done differently. On the PS2, it's basically a flat surface like Mortal Kombat or SF2. In my version, there are four platform levels that the fighters can jump up on or down on. Regardless of some complaints from reviewers, it actually makes the game to be interesting.

After you have played a bit of part four, maybe you could give a review. Hopefully, it got better than Civ three. I hated that game. It had absolutely none of the charm of Civ two. They didn't just drop the ball on that one. They sat on it and worked it up their colons.

Decent but can't hold a candle to Morrowind in my humble opinion. Oblivion seemed...how shall I say....mainstream compared to Bethesda's other works. It felt to me like someone was holding my hand the entire way through, spoon feeding me every last detail instead of allowing me to roam freely. It felt like it was marketed to the more casual gamer I guess is what i'm trying to say.

I agree with you i only bought Morrowind just recently but its far superior to Oblivion its so much more open. Once you've made your character what not your effectively left to your own devices where as in Oblivion there was always the sense that your being guided through the game.

I dunno, i tried playing that but i got bored with it real quickly. Is that the version where you are human but then made a vampyre so you have to fight still doing what you do but if you kill good people, u turn slightly dark?

Bloodlines was the sequel to Redemption. Perhaps that's the one you're thinking of?

its a bit old but bloodlines was a great game (completely undrated). Only hope thier is a sequal to it.

If and when you get it, please give a review. I absolutely loved the first one and still play it to this day.

However, I can't stand Rome: Total War. A shit load of great graphics and absolutely no replay value at all. I shouldn't have to screw around with the ini files just to get more than three factions.
