I would be willing to be the Principal Investigator in a funded research study of this matter.
I will say that I've found Latinas to be pretty vicious ticklers in my past experiences

I've always kinda had this thing where I've suspected that African American men LOVE white female feet / tickling. There's obviously no scientific way to score this (although I am half black). A lot of YouTube foot fetish accts that are operated by black men often go wild for white girls feet.
