why the emphisis on young ticklees?

why aren't there more tickle videos with mature women as the ticklee? do the people out there think that once a woman is over 25 she isn't ticklish anymore? i am 45, and have been tickling (dates)since i was a freshman in highschool. i have tickled females of all ages. i can say with in all confidence, that it's more fun to tickle a woman in her mid 30's and older, than to tickle a "girl" in her late teens, and early 20's. so how about it, anyone agree? or disagree, with a good explanation?

Look at it this way.

Who's more likely to participate in the creation of tickling media? Younger girls with nothing to lose, maybe some modeling notoriety to gain. Older women may have careers at stake which prevent their participation, families, children, and a general lack of time. More long term relationships to alienate. So generally those you will see are those who are either SO comfy with it or those who have been participating for a long long time.

So that's why you're more likely to see newer models at young ages. Not to mention there are plenty of careers where an older person really can't afford to be seen on such media nationwide.

I don't think that the preference for younger models is solely a matter of tickling videos. Our society adores 'Youth' and finds it more attractive than 'Maturity'. See fashion models/TV soaps/pop singers etc. So it's easier to SELL videos with younger models. It's one of the problems of today's society (at least for old farts like me 😀).

If you are more interested in the philosophical aspect of this, I can recommend a book called 'In de schaduwen van morgen' (the English title should read something like 'The Shadow of Tomorrow') by the Dutch author J. Huizinga.

i don't think it's due to a lack of "mature" ticklees.
as was suggested. i don't believe the fear of exposure is any greater for women in their 30-40's, than it is for little girls in their teen-20's. i believe the video producers think that a video with a mature victim won't sell. i can't begin to tell them that i think they are making a mistake.
have you ever noticed the deeper laughter of a mature woman? the way they get into it more? the ones i've tickled seem to thrive on the contact, and just glow!

If you want a mature model video, get together with 30 of your friends, and pledge to one of the video companies that you'll all buy it. In fact you'll need to pre-pay. Then you'll see it. If it does well past your initial order with the tickling masses, then odds are you'll see more.

To be honest though, apart from those who frequent gatherings and vid producers themselves, I doubt very many of "us" know THAT many hardcore ticklephiles....(i.e., those willing to shell out ca$h--in advance--for a ticking vid)....let alone know them well enough to ask them to buy a vid--a specialty vid that features older models.

Seriously, there are a (very) few vids like this out there (PV's Renee comes to mind). The relative dearth of them speaks (or should speak) volumes as to how popular they actually are, as opposed to how popular we might THINK they should be...or WANT them to be.

I agree wholeheartedly on this. This is, more or less, a capitalistic society we live in. YOU drive the videos produced. When I say "you" I don't mean anyone specifically, of course. I mean everyone in the community that purchases videos. Each of us votes with our purchases, and for prodcuers, those are the votes that count 🙂

Solefully Yours did a few videos with models who were past their twenties, and they did well IF a younger model was also in them. JanB isn't a kid, and she's in nearly all her videos. They exist. You just haven't looked far enough, Steve.

It makes sense to ask, here, too, Steve. There are several video producers who frequent this forum. With any fortune, they'll find that there's folks interested in something that ain't kids.

The fact that they're in videos still, Dodger, foils your statement, though I 'spect you were makin' it jokingly anyway. 😉

This post is the one, and likely only time that I disagree wit' Myriads. SY's videos with the older models sold well and regularly. Mind you, that COULD be due to the fact that they were early in this interest's video heyday. That JanB still does so indicates that it's not beyond selling. It's a matter of desired tastes. I figure, though, that there's more kids lookin' for kids than us old guys lookin' for older gals, though. Hell, who am I kiddin'? I only barely disagree wit' ya. Still, it IS novel.

Women in their 30's plus are just as ticklish as the younger gals!
In some cases maybe even MORE!
The older women are more "control freaks" so to speak.
Tickling them into loosing that control is an INTENSE experience for both ler and lee. Also, for an older woman to be tickled, it makes them feel like a little girl again, thus making the experience for both that much more fun! 😀
Nothing like bringing back the feeling of childhood! They would also make excellent and intense ticklers as well.

I think all females....18 to 50 are excellent tickle targets and would make great ticklers too! The more mature ones especially!

i really must agree with the thought process above. i truly think this is a big why you see more younger gals in videos. trust me we've approached many women over 30 and haven't had many takers.

All right, let me try to explain this to you people one more time. The reason that video companies use young, beautiful models in their videos is the same reason that PLAYBOY and PENTHOUSE use young, beautiful models in their centerfolds. It's what most men want! If more men wanted 45-year-old Playmates, PLAYBOY would provide them.

Is is sometimes fun to tickle a woman in her 30s or 40s? Yes. Are those women sometimes very attractive and ticklish? Hell, yes! But we men want the fantasy woman, the woman that is unattainable, and a beautiful young model fills that bill better than a more mature woman.

As for Renee of Paradise Vision fame, I skip over her scenes. I'm glad that Gabrielle loves her mother so much that she keeps using her over and over again, but I'd rather spend the time with young hotties like Noelle, Summer, Ariel, and Liz!

I love Older Women!!!!!

I had a post discussing a link between age and ticklishness on the old forum. I wondered aloud if ticklishness declined with age, and looked for feedback from the elders of the tribe. Well, I always pride myslef on contniuous research into my theories.....

I have had a lot more opportunities to tickle more mature women since that post. Let me say, I think age has no correlation to ticklishness. Also some of the most attractive women I've tickled were 35-50!!!!! All eight of the 35+ age women I've foot-tickled since that original post, were really ticklish!!!

I thought that was great!!!! It was more satisfying and pleasantly surprising than finding out an 18 year old girl is ticklish. As a 25 year old, however, I've always been attracted to hot older teachers, older female coworkers, the M.I.L.F's you see everywhere when you go to a mall.......but, I don't know if I'd watch it in a video.

It's something I think I like better in real life.

Let me put it this way: I, like many other members of this forum, am past 40, and am actually turned off when models look too young! Don't forget that as men get older, very young women start to look like, well, children (and with good reason; they are young enough to BE our offspring).

I would LOVE to see more women in their 30s and 40s as ticklees; women who are mature, women who are closer to my own age, thank you.

There is far too much emphasis on youth in just about every area of our society, and that includes tickling videos.

In videos I guess it is the glow of youth that sells. In real life give me a breathing mature female anytime. Kids and immaturity just don't turn me on, however there is nothing sexier than a mature women who acts devilishly like a kid. Am I making sense? Hey if I don't know I guess nobody else does 😀
