I love watching flash animations, and I have to say this was definitely one of the stranger ones I've seen. As a matter of fact, I think I like it more since I don't understand Japanese, because then I can watch it and accept it as a form of humor that is as completely nonsensical as All Your Base Are Belong To Us.
