When you were growing up I'm sure that,being interested in tickling then,you saw TV stars from sitcoms or dramas who you thought about wanting to tickle.Most I assume would be of your own age group.
I had many of them and would probably fill up many pages but here are a few:

Topping the list I would have to say that-anyone currently 40ish -would have targeted Marcia Brady (aka Maureen McCormick).Any chance to see her flawless bare feet was a bonus.There were a few ocassions.The time her character took up Karate,the early trip to the Grand Canyon where the whole family are trapped in a western jail cell and they used their socks (tied together to rope the jailer's keys on hook out of reach).And there was the trip to Hawaii for those 2 or 3 episodes.Marcia! Marcia! Marcia!...er Maureen!

Some other notables - Valerie Bertinelli - in her One Day at a Time Days.
Helen Hunt - In the seventies & Eighties .She was on a slew of short lived shows and her feet were as flawless then as they were in "Mad about You"
Melissa Sue Anderson - ahh! Yes Mary from "Little House" Her feet were a very scarce item although I do recall a few quick scenes.

All these young ladies were both drop dead gorgeous to my young eyes in those early days and,I believe, were very ticklish as well!!!...er so I'd hoped.
And most of them are still beautiful today!!!

[One thing I'm wondering though.I wasn't a great Roseanne watcher but the 1st actress who played the oldest daughter (Alicia Goranson)in the show was always a cutey who I thought would be fun to tickle.
Were there any Bare Foot scenes with her in the show? I say there weren't or at least none that I saw!!!]

Have to agree with you on Barbie Benton. Probably my first real fantasy girl. Also deserving a mention is Phyllis Davis of the old show "Vegas"...that Dan Tanna was one lucky SOB.

Boy!!!How Could I not remember Angela Cartwright from the "Lost in Space" series.Remember her? I can't recall ever seeing her bare foot in that show.But I must make a point of trying to watch "The Sound of Music" sometime! Apparently,she's bare foot in that! 😉

Many celebrities from my childhood come to mind. However I always thought about them tickling me. Four come to mind right away when I think about this subject.

1.) Tiffani-Amber Thiessen, who was kelly on Saved by the Bell.
2.) Melissa Joan Heart from “Clarissa Explains it All” now on "Sabrina the Teenage Witch”
3.) Candice Cameron from “Full House”

I also enjoyed the movie “Escape to Witch Mountain”, and remember wanting to be tickled by Kim Richards who played “Tia”

Marsha Brady to me is the best person of my child hood that i would want to tickle..I've seen her feet a few times and I bet they're still awesome looking and I hope ticklish

I remember reading somewhere(maybe in the ticklish celebs section) that Maureen McCormick(Marsha Brady) has very ticklish feet. Not only that, but I also remember reading that she enjoys being tickled.

That would be Wendie Jo Sperber. Unfortunately, the cancer that she thought she beat ten years ago had metastisized in other places in 2002, and that's the last I was able to glean. I liked her a lot, Drew, and I'm glad to see someone else did as well. I can't remember, though, was 'Babes' a TV show or a movie?

I forgor to mention Connie Hines. She played Wilbur's wife on Mr. Ed. I never saw her on anything else, but she was super hot! If I was Wilbur, I would've spent a lot more time w/her, and a lot less time w/a Horse.
Also Judy Landers. She always played a ditzy blonde. She starred in Vegas w/Robert Urich, and was on Love Boat a couple times, and also in a couple B movies in the 70's & 80's.

I'd say Erin Moran (Joanie from Happy Days). When they went to California for Fonzie's screen test, she was wearing a bikini that made me want to reach through the TV and tickle her exposed belly. Also, she was tickled on the show by Chachi a few times and once by her cousin Roger.

I had a crush on Andrea Elson, who played the daughter on ALF. I recently got the first season of Alf on DVD, and I caught small glimpses of her bare feet. Oh, it's too bad the old Alfer didn't tickle her feet with those furry paws, talk about torture.

Also, Heather Locklear from T.J. Hooker (only reason to watch that show) not a Bill Shatner fan. Brooke Shields was, and still is a sexy icon.

Oh, and I can't forget about the girl who welcomed me into puberty, and that was Amy Jo Johnson who played Kimberly on Power Rangers.
