What you're about to see is pretty shocking and will likely make you angry. Apparently the girl became lippy (what 15 year old doesn't) with the cops and you can see in the video where she gently kicks her shoe out of the cell toward them. Whatever she did, I can't imagine any circumstance at all in which this attack was justified. I'm not one to come down on the police for every little thing, but this is f'ing blatant. This guy should never be allowed back on the force.

Personally I hope they let him back out on patrol and some trigger happy crackhead makes his wife a widow.

Go figure,

fucking pigs, corrupt men and women, 95% of them....

It's about 100% in my home town. Glorified mall cops with buzzcuts.

I will have to disagree with both of you i'm afraid.I can't speak about your home town Dussicar, but honestly i find that hard to believe.

With very few exceptions every law enforcement officer i have ever encountered have been reasonable people. They do a difficult often thankless job.My experience has been that if i am respectful and honest with them,i get the same in return.🙂

yeah... that's a winning attitude...

The officers will hopefully be punished to the full extent of the law, but no death should be necessary here.

Being a retired Police Officer I don't usually comment on police actions but this was outright wrong. I don't care what that girl did she should not have been beaten like that. Had that have been a father doing that he would have been locked up for child abuse. In my opinion this officer deserves no less this is Police Brutality and that officer should have been locked up. It's Officers like this that make it bad for the rest.

I agree with Bugman. I could not have said it better, thanks Bugman.
This one cop was out of line, the force he used was way over the top.

Mild? You softie.

A lot of kids these days need to be repeatedly run over with a lawn tractor.

A lot of adults need to be run over with a lawn tractor. Where do you think kids learn all these words, all these behaviours? Where do you think they learn to challenge and speak up? Ignorance is bliss.

Adults have created a world that kids want to rebel against. A "mild beatdown" won't solve anything. It'll just make them rebel more.

There are more adults deserving of proper beatdowns than there are kids deserving of mild beatdowns.

If I had two cops do that to me, I would be finding out where they live, and burning their houses to the ground. Preferably with their family in it.

Whoa... While I agree with your sentiment towards parenting problems and the issues that adults have created, no additional violence or destruction is needed here.

I think you touched on a good point though.

When it comes to that kid's behavior, it's more a sign of her parenting than anything else.

The most unfortunate thing about humans is that intelligence is not a prerequisite for the ability to breed.

As you said, many kids are looking to rebel against the environment that adults have created, but rebellion wouldn't even be necessary with the proper parenting.

I support police and detectives who have one of the toughest and thankless jobs keeping innocent people safe, though they can't be everywhere at once. But this was ridiculous and warrants his dismissal. Today's teenagers can get very obnoxious and sometimes violent. She definitely has issues that no parent could probably understand, but to use brute force to get her to fall in line crossed the line.

I'm glad to see a police officer's perspective on this incident, rather from some "armchair" detective who spouts out his "opinion".

agreed..couldnt have said it better myself (though im not an ex police officer)

I have a ton of respect for the police, and I STRONGLY disagree with the assesment of 95 percent being bad cops... I think its more like 1 or 2 percent, but they get a lot of press.

As a police officer one is sworn to uphold the law, as such one who breaks the law should have the full power of the law leveled against them. I'd love to see every cop who behaves in this way stripped of his badge and probobly see some serious jail time... I wouldent just be good for the country, it would be good for the police force as well.

Maniac as usual your comment mearly represents the lowest common denominator of human thought. Not supprising, but sickening none the less.

Lol, yeah I wouldn't really even have the resources to find out where they lived.

But if I did...:evilha:

You know what, I have little sympathy for the girl.

First of all, yes, there are a few crooked cops out there. A FEW. Like, maybe 2 percent of the police force has their own motives in mind and are douchebags. But the majority are doing what's right and for the right reasons.

Let me explain something to you. The men and women that are hired to protect the streets of our cities have ten ton balls of steel just to get up and go to work in the morning. Here in the city of Philadelphia, a new criminalistic mindset called "jailhouse jihad" has come to light, in which beleivers in the Muslim faith wish to injur or beeter yet kill police officers for no reason other than the fact that they are police officers. It's similar to the terrorists wanting to kill Americans because they are Americans.

Now keep that in mind for a moment. Given the serious threats and dangers out there, do you really think these officers have the time or patience tio politely deal with bratty, spoiled, stuck up little twits like this that do something stupid to get themselves arrested, then defiantly refer to the officers...

"Calling them fat pigs and other obscenities"...

...and throwing weapons at them? Yes, it's just a shoe, but it's still being used as a weapon.

In my opinion, the officer's initial reaction does not need to be justified. The girl was unruly and needed to be restrained. So she banged her head on the wall, big fucking deal, she should have kept her fat mouth shut and not attacked the officer.

I do beleive that the officer's actions of punching her twice AFTER she was restrained was uncalled for and abusive, and I do think he should be properly disciplined for it - administrative leave or a demotion, or an unpaid suspension - but there was NOTHING wrong with him going in there and putting that little shit in her place.

If this was a 19 year old gang banger doing the same thing, we wouldn't even be seeing this story - a crime is a crime and a stupid criminal is a stupid criminal, period.

Of course, he could always have just pinned her down and tickled her little socked foot....but then he'd be fired as a sexual predator or some shit. lol.

yeah... that's a winning attitude...

One displayed by a lot of policemen you'll find. Good for the goose, good for the gander and all that.

EDIT: Law enforcement is a thankless job, true, but the people who do it know this. If they don't like it there are other jobs to be doing. As far as having no sympathy for the girl, do me a favour; she's a 15 year old kid who kicked her shoe at a grown man, if you think she deserves what she got you're sub-human.

Still, a man hears what he wants to hear and disregards the rest.

Scruff, since you obviously did not read my post for purposes of comprehension, I am going to restate my opinion on this case in simpler terms.

The girl got what she deserved when the police officer tackled her and restrained her. Did the officer need to slam her into the wall? Probably not, but that's what the girl gets for being abusive and violent towards the police officer. However, after she was face down on the ground and being handcuffed there was no reason for the officer to punch her twice (in what seems to be the back of the head). That action is what the officer should be disciplined for because it was uncalled for and unneccessary.

Now if you'll excuse me, I'll go back to my sub-human weekend. 🙄

Thanks for the compliment, but my comments are based on reality.

Lock him up for a week in gen pop. See how tough he really is.

I have a feeling with 8 years under his belt he is plenty tough, however I think the girl found out she isn't. What do you think happens when you shit on cops and hen kick your shoes at them. I don't think he should have hit her, but I'm fine with everything else they did. If her parents had slapped her when she got out of line with them, she probably wouldn't have gotten out of line with the cops.

It's still bollocks. Having a shoe kicked at you doesn't necessitate a full-blown body tackle, especially not when it's a stroppy 7 stone teenage girl doing the kicking. Enjoy your weekend.

Now thats a real classy comment

I'd have hoped he died from AIDS, but the crackhead gunman scenario seems a little more feasible 😀
