Hmmm. No, I think people who continuously support or cause GR Violations are sometimes trolls.
I mean, what would be considered "trolling" here, besides picking out people to fight with? Is there any other aspect?

Well yeah, but by supporting GR Violations and such, technically they could be picking fights with someone. The mods. Of course that's not one meant to be one so much but of course that isn't always the point.
And yeah, some GRs are pretty good. I mean it's just like any law really, in that it really comes down to how they're enforced and used.
